Alan has taken his show several times to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In 2012, 2013 and 2014 he took performed at Just The Tonic, The Caves and was the best selling show in his venue each year.
In 2023, Alan was joined by his wife Kat (who is also a magician) to perform a his comedy magic double act, Hudson & Hudson. They are now touring the UK in 2026.
