I’ve been performing magic at hundreds of parties for over 20 years and after lots of trial and error I’ve worked out the absolute best way of making sure it’s a huge success.
I came up with a totally fresh, unforgettable way to take your party from “fun” to legendary.
Honestly, this is the kind of thing people will still be talking about months later.
All it takes is setting aside one little room that isn’t being used for the party. Then, you (the host) gather a small group of guests at a time and lead them towards The Secret Room …
Here’s how it works:
As the host, you chat to a few guests and say, “Hey… I’ve got a little surprise for you.” Then you lead them to The Secret Room. You show them where to go and you go on enjoying the party and mingling.
I welcome them into The Secret Room and then boom…. showtime! I perform an intimate sleight-of-hand show packed with mind-blowing magic and incredible mind reading. It’s about 10 to 15 minutes of pure wow.
And trust me, it’s way more impressive than the usual party magician mingling through the crowd. Why? Because in this controlled little space, the magic can be so much stronger. No drink-spilling, no mid-trick interruptions, no wandering guests stumbling in halfway through. Just focused, powerful illusions that leave jaws on the floor. I can perform with larger props that can be laid out as I’m not just restricted to a pack of playing cards that I can carry around in my pocket. Amazing magic that people don’t usually get to see and in the best possible way. Up close and personal.
But wait…. it gets even better.
After the show, I send the group back to the party… with one little instruction: Don’t tell anyone what happened in The Secret Room.
Now that creates some buzz!
People are suddenly whispering, wondering, trying to guess what’s going on behind that mysterious door. It’s like a party within a party!
Why is this setup so brilliant and better that someone walking round doing tricks? Well…
1) Everyone gets a front-row seat and no one misses the magic.
2) The magic I can perform in this situation is next-level. Since it’s not limited to what fits in my pocket or what works in a noisy, moving crowd, I can perform set pieces that wouldn’t look out of place on a TV magic show.
3) No awkward interruptions. Often people join halfway through a trick in a walkaround setting. This spoils the flow for the people watching. The Secret Room is a full, immersive experience where the magic really shines and everyone enjoys it in the way a show should be.
