Now is the time when people are thinking ahead to December to hire a magician for their X-Mas party. Often people will ask me to perform walk around (or mix and mingle close up magic) whilst people are getting drunk (normally best to have me early on in the evening if this is the main aim of the party)
More and more I’m been asked to perform my After Dinner Cabaret act – this is a 20-30 minute show with audience participation, comedy, mind reading and of course, magic. This is the type of thing I have performed all over the world (The Magic Castle, Hollywood is probably one of the most prestigious). It’s great fun to get actually get members of staff up in front of everyone and put them in funny situations – when everyone knows the person on stage it takes it to a whole new level.
This is ideal when you are having your X-Mas dinner and want some entertainment that everyone can watch at the same time.
Table magic is great for entertaining during the Christmas meal, but if you wanted something a bit special before the inevitable disco, ask me about performing after dinner with the comedy magic act. I guarantee it will be talked about when people come back to work in January!
